Welcome to the healthy eating section for the UCLA Center for Obesity and Metabolic Health.

In this section you will find the information you will need for long-term health and sustaining your weight reduction goals. Under the supervision of our registered dietitians, patients will discuss a balanced, low-calorie meal plan that incorporates lean protein, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, nutritious fats and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Our team is here to help you find ways to enjoy eating nutritious, filling foods. They are here to support you and motivate you to live a healthier life.
